Just heard it on my mobile, (Im in Annapolis MD) but the radio says the balloon is 115 mi NE (probably over NJ) No Course and Speed.
The radio was on 145.825, the ISS frequency! At 1420 or so EST.

Forwarded the info to Ken in Annapolis. He should start hearing the beacon in the next 30 minutes. He will advise if he hears anything.

Is adam6 a valid call sign? I guess you can beacon anything you want, but to be legal wouldn't it need to be a valid call sign?

Would be helpful if we knew the callsign being beaconed so we could track it on APRS.FI http://aprs.fi/. Any way to find out?

It seems there is a high altitude British balloon over the use. It is currently around Nebraska coming east.
The title in this link is also a link to a map. Also there is aprs info in the comments.
I would guess maybe sometime tomorrow or the next day it might be in range of GA
