Yes, PSAT has been awake for at least the last 4 days - it has been fun to see some activity on it and to have the additional APRS satellite to work. I logged my first NO-84 contact on Sunday evening (3/21) with K4KDR. The timing of the passes between the ISS and NO-84 has made it convenient to play on both in the evening.
I appreciate your comments about the packet not being recorded by APRS-IS and the "easier path" working through the ISS first and then PSAT. I hadn't thought about that, but when you point it out it does makes sense. It also means the chances of a successful two-way double hop QSO are probably not very good!
