The frame requires 44 of them; even at bulk prices https://www.ebay.com/itm/Blind-Hidden-Inside-Corner-Bracket-for-20mm-V-Slot-T-Slot-Aluminum-Extrus-New-/232641238869 those connectors take up the majority of the expense! When I get a minute I want to redesign the frame to not use those suckers.

They promote an open source ground station and link them up. They use a Raspberry Pi as the computer board and have a controller board that drives steppers or DC motors for Az and El.
