Installed it on my Windows X, 64 bit machine without a problem. But

The installation instructions say that both Keps data and settings are
stored in the “Home” directory and that you can also start the software using the command line. But that’s not very helpful.
Any idea what I’m doing wrong? I’m sure it’s operator error.
