Just wondering what the status of FalconSat-3 is?

I've had a number of passes recently (both daytime and night-time) with no signal observed.

On a related note - are there any other satellites that can be commanded/repeated with a 9600 baud FSK uplink? I'm looking for something that can be used to test a new 9600 baud AX.25 FSK/G3RUH transmitter system.
