[AMSAT-BB] UHF up, VHF Down

Hi Everyone,

I have been off air for a little & not keeping up with the latest known good satellites. (Expect for satnogs stuff)

I'm after a bird with xcross band voice that is UHF up, VHF down & works in the southern hemisphere?
