[AMSAT-BB] Portions of www.amsat.org temporarily unavailable.

Maintenance activity this weekend has cause some services on www.amsat.org to malfunction including pass predictions, telemetry access and ARISS Ops. We expect these issues to be sorted out over the next 72 hours.
