Dear All,

we have the pleasure to inform that AMSAT Italia and ASI, the Italian Space Agency, have renewed a four-year collaboration agreement for the period 2024-2028 for joint initiatives in the area of space ham radio communications.

The collaboration will be realized through:

a) studies and research for space amateur radio transmissions

b) technical support for operational activities

c) joint participation in experimental or demonstrative projects

Francesco IK0WGF President of AMSAT Italia, Emanuele I0ELE President Emeritus of AMSAT Italia and representatives of the ASI telecommunications and navigation office's directorate will be members of a joint committee with the purpose to promote joint collaboration activities.

We're sure it will be a great and fruitful opportunity also for the international AMSAT communities.
