There is also a new TLE set for SS-1, not very accurate but it should be better than following ISS TLE:

By the way SS-1 is active on both UHF and VHF, but difficult to catch it on VHF as it is still close to ISS and its APRS repeater. It is similar to NUTSAT and TJREVERB that were released recently.
