Hi Andrew,
As Ian noted, the three configuration files are in .predict in your home directory. The 24 entries in predict.tle are the ones displayed, in that order. You can truncate that file and display less. Is that what you're after?
The Multiple screen just shows the set of 24 satellites (2 columns of 12). Many of mine are out of date, but I just ignore them. When something new gets launched, I replace one of them with the new entry (using the "E" keyboard edit of TLE), being sure to get the object number correct. Then the normal Update process takes over from there.
