Hi all, Larry N1MIW here. I am in the process of upgrading my shack computer and will be retiring my KCT. I decided to go with Tom Doyle W9KE’s controller since I already had most of the parts. I use a Yaesu G-5400B rotator for the antennas, but his software is designed for the G-5500 controller. I didn’t think it would be a big deal to edit the program slightly to reflect the 5400’s meter movement – but I was wrong. While the elevation will display properly, I can’t get a proper LCD readout of my Azimuth. I am not a programmer and know enough to be dangerous, but this seems to be beyond my pay grade…

Is there a remote chance that (1) Tom is reading this and can help with setting up the software for a 5400? I am not able to find his email address anywhere on the web, and his YT page is outdated as well.

Has anyone else used the Texas Instruments MSP430 Launchpad Development Board and software and could lend a hand with adjusting the program please? It will be much appreciated!
