Just had a directly overhead pass of Pratham here at CM98, 1755 UTC. Heard the CW beacon, but rather weak given the overhead pass, and very chirpy. Strongest signal was just after TCA, but there was surprisingly very little QSB overall. Is it stabilized already?
I couldn't copy the data by ear (too fast), and FLDIGI couldn't make much sense of the signal either, probably due to the chirps and being just above the noise. AOS, TCA, and LOS matched predictions pretty well for object 2016-059C.
Equipment here is a Yaesu FT-847 (CW mode), with a 2x8 element beam and Khune preamp at the rotor. I tried both polarizations, and it didn't seem to matter much. Presume the spacecraft's antennas are linear.

Regarding PRATHAM, it should do CW on 145.98 during the whole orbit and AFSK 1200 on 437.455 over there command stations.
