[amsat-bb] Re: AO-51

Did I miss a mode change? I thought SSTV started on the 23rd!

On this last pass of AO-51 on v/u, (145.920/435.150) we were treated to sporadic SSTV and someone saying "test, 1,2" repeatedly!

On the basis that he was ignoring the QSO's that were trying to go on around him, its save to assume that he couldn't hear his own downlink!

What goin' on?
