You did not mention if this was for FM satellites, which I think is the case or linear satellites.

FM satellites you can usually store 5 frequency pairs, where VHF stays the same and UHF will change according to AOS, TCA, LOS.

Linear satellites require some tuning even if you decide to operate with only one radio (Not recommended). These sats require dual radios to work properly.
