An Inverted-V turnstile works great. Make two 16.5-foot dipoles and arrange them perpendicularly in the horizontal plane at the feed. A center support pole works well and then attach guy ropes to the ends of the dipoles and stake them down so the elements are 30-deg off horizontal. Connect the two dipoles 90-deg out of phase with a quarter wavelength coaxial delay line (shortened by the coax's velocity factor).

Anybody out there that can give me a drawing for building a Mode A receive antenna?
