The one antenna connector is a sure sign it's not full duplex :-)

That is an interesting radio for sure. The one thing that does not look good is how you would tune it without a VFO knob. It likely would not be hard to make a project to create an external VFO knob depending on if there is a way to control it via serial or otherwise. I do everything manual and in the field, so having a VFO knob is required, and being able to use it with gloves would be even better.
