Hi Iain,
Great question - the answer is probably yes!
It is expected that the UKube-1 team will apply to IARU for a change in the FUNcube-2 transponder downlink to 145.930-145.950 MHz with the Telemetry on 145.925MHz but an "official" proposal has not yet been sent/received.
Good luck with your SDR

According to my records, and the IARU pages, that gives me:
145.880-145.920 Delfi n3xt Downlink 145.940-145.960 UKube 1 / Funcube 2 145.950-145.970 Funcube 1
Is uKube 1/FC2 going to be replanned as well so the two downlinks dont over-lap ?
(I'm planning on writing a SDR in gnuradio to receive both Funcubes, and possibly n3xt simoultaneously [orbital differences aside])
