Hi,
I seconded Mike's observation. Actually, in my first reception of PehuenSat-1, I was using 1400 Hz and 2600 Hz to decode it.

I wonder, that the nominal AFSK frequencies are not 1200Hz and 2400Hz but 1330Hz and 2530Hz. I think, a standard TNC will not decode this signal.
