I am certain sure that DO-17 hasn't transmitted anything for several years, and it is extremely unlikely to do so any time in the future.
That's a pretty popular downlink frequency---start capturing those packets and you'll figure out which bird is sending them.

DO-17 was the first satellite that I've received in 1991!!
