Right now the AMSAT Engineering Task Force is working to uncover launch opportunities (and will be including NRO), but one of our limitations is not the desired to identify launch opportunities, but available member resources to knock on the doors of possible launch providers.
If there is any way you might assist, please do contact me. We need all the help we can get.
