[amsat-bb] UO-11

Dear friends,

yesterday I was drive with radio scanning when I listen the UO-11 satellite with strong signals. bad by I was driving and not have conditions stop and get the notebook and connect to radio to decode the telemetry. but it was listen good in september 24, 2007 22:36z from Teresina-PI Brazil (GI84OW / 5o 05´S 42o 47´W)
