Hi Bob,
Check if there satellites part of your SatPC32 groups that are no longer available because they decayed, examples are Kicksat, Phonesat, Litsat etc.
I am running into the same, also keep in mind that Space Track can alter satellites ID's the last I run into was ITF-1 and this also gave the error you experience.
