[amsat-bb] 70c Band safe from auction, Thanks WB2OQQ

I would like to thanks Peter Portanova, WB2OQQ on his participation to visit Congressman Peter T. King (R-NY) to discuss his recent proposed legislation, HR 607, and its impact on Amateur Radio, as well as the other delegates that participated on, for now the 70cm ham portion is safe from the auction.
