My D72/Elk was able to decode a few packets from each of the callsigns, but not display them as they appear to be non-standard APRS format (like the PSAT beacons).
The ISS packets were very strong compared to these, so that could be one reason. What antenna/transceiver/tnc are you using?

Wondering if its just me or does it seem like the deviation is low on these
sats. I can not distinguish which one I am hearing since I can not decode anything yet. I used to copy the ISS packets no problem. BTW has anyone heard any FM voice beacons ? Thanks Frank WA2NDV
