[amsat-bb] w32a won't transmit

W32A Owners, I have a new to me radio that  I can receive on  and I  beleive  is set-up  correctly.  Full crossband  duplex  is turned on, autorepeater is turned off,  squelch  is open  and  receive  band is  set  as main.  What  am  I doing  wrong? Thanks in advance, Gary  AB3ID
