I was unable to get into the repeater on a 45 deg elevation pass this morning using 5W and an Arrow antenna, but I had a lot of competition. I was able to hear the downlink reasonably well although I did notice the sporadic cutting in and out mentioned by Yono in another post in this thread.

Yes the frequencies and tone (67Hz) are correct.
Today, I could here myself very strong (as good as the local repeaters) from very low elevation. Seems that the Tx is quite powerful compared with other birds, on the uplink it works also very well with low power (2W) however sometimes need much more which up to 25W, probably due to the ISS structure occulting the antenna towards the ground station.
