VMware player allows you to install an older version on a windows 10 machine. I use it with windows xp to run programs that are no longer compatible with newer versions of windows.

Take a look at DosBox, a program to allow old DOS programs to run on newer version of Windows:
I have used it on WIN7 and WIN8 to run ITrack in full screen mode, not WIN10 which I don't have yet, but it would be worth a try. If you do, let us know. Like you, I enjoy getting ITrack out, mostly for nostalgia.
