I do not have an FT-847 handy to test, but here is some information.
The TX/RX buttons have been moved. At the very bottom line, Obs, Config, etc, hover your mouse. You will get a message to "Double click to activate/deactivate RX/TX buttons." They will appear in the corners of the program.
I have a full complement of help files, including one for SatPC32ISS in the "?" section.
Are you using Configuration 1? SatPC32ISS picks up most of its information from SatPC32, and in the past I found it did not get the correct radio information if I was using Configuration 2.
Finally, check the frequency update interval, main program. If you have the FM update set to 100 Hz, it may take a significant time except during a pass for the Doppler to shift enough to update.
