The next Rocket Lab launch window is scheduled to start on May 4th NZST at 18:00 to 22:00 (06:00 to 10:00). So that will be in the dark. See: https://www.rocketlabusa.com/next-mission/launch-complex-1/

They should be streaming it from their web site.
