I have one of the "rare" DEMI 144/1268 converters; does 15w out. Not many were made/sold before AO-40 crashed. Also a 45 loop-yagi for 1268.
I have a venerable FT736R (with only 2m/70cm) for satellite operation (future). But if the mode will be LV (1268up/145dn) I will have to use a different radio for either uplink or downlink as the FT736R does not do in-band duplex on 144. I have two other radios that will do 2m allmode but it gets more complicated for tuning. FT736R has satellite mode for 2m/70cm (probably one of the first to do that). If the mode will be LU then all is fine.
I also still have my mode-S preamp and two Drake downconverters if ever that band is reactivated.
PS: not QRV on satellites (yet)
