DK3WN notes that PSAT is in full sun and should have enough power for the next week to support both the PSK31 transponder and APRS digipeating. The APRS digipeater supports the aliases of ARISS and APRSAT so the same settings for ISS should work for PSAT.
At this writing, the digi is still off, but will be on as soon as one of the command stations hits it.
