An excellent resource for answering questions such as this is the real-time reporting page at http://oscar.dcarr.org/ Looking at it right now, I see that many people indicate 'not heard', suggesting strongly that the problem is with the satellite. Of course, this resource only works if people add information to it, so consider posting a 'heard' report from time to time to keep the data helpful.
