Progress 25 will be undocking tomorrow. We have a Soyuz relocation and then a new Soyuz arrival coming up in the next few weeks.

Yes. The system is required to be powered down to support Russian Vehicle (Soyuz and Progress) proximity operations (docking and undocking).
