[amsat-bb] ARISSAT-1 today

I heard the FM signal and a lot of SSB on the pass around 12:45 today, although it was low in the sky.

I heard PA1BQV (dyslexic moment, could be BVQ?) towards the end of the pass but didn't copy the callsign of the station he was working.

Nothing at all on the 14:10 pass, although it was a good 14 degrees high.
