Thanks for all of the replies on my question. Looks like what I am hearing is actually coming over the satellite, and not some birdie I can take care of locally.  I have heard the MV satellite on the AO91 downlink before, but it is more on and off signals as it IDs in CW.

I’m fairly certain the signal Is coming from AO-91.  I see exactly what you describe on passes down here in FL and my Fox Telemetry software [unsuccessfully] attempts to lock up on the telemetry frames.

On AO91 passes over the past couple of weeks, has anyone else been hearing a strong signal with no audio?  It is strong enough to cover up many other stations.  Lasts about 15 seconds or so.  I am wondering if this is actually being transmitted on the satellite, or if I just have a birdie or some intermod on my end.
