I do not see it on the list, but I would have thought that the https://wiki.satnogs.org/Satnogs_DB would have the needed information to make a 'next pass', since they schedule pass recordings...

How about a JSON Next Orbit API? Query would include the satellite name and a grid location. Response would be the time of the next pass information (AOS/Time/Az, Max El/Time/Az, LOS/Time/Az).
That would make a small IoT gizmo pretty darned simple to implement and remind us when satellites will be overhead
