[AMSAT-BB] Pacsat Ground Station Upload Issue

I've been testing Pacsat Ground Station for a while and I've noticed that my messages are not uploading. They seem to be stuck in the que and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I know of one other Falconsat op having the same problem so it's probably not unique to my setup (Windows 10 / 64). In the meantime, I've been using WiSP which has been working well.
