I want to say a special thanks to Steve NS3L. I called Steve and we determined I had the wrong cable from the radio to the pc. I bought a programming cable instead of a CAT interface cable. He is sending me a cable to use until I can buy a new one. Thanks to all who has given me advice on this issue.
