[amsat-bb] AO-51 software crash

For the second year, in honor of the AMSAT-UK colloquium, AO-51 has decided to have a software crash ;-).

I started reloading tonight, and we'll have both coasts uploading tonight. I'll let everyone know when she is back on the air.
