I am going to suggest that some one has mixed their software defined radio satellites up.
On the rideshare or HEO proposal (Eagle), fred and I did a design for the wideband multiple channel digital receiver. This never saw the light of day in AMSAT. Subsequent to that fred and I did a lot of polyphase filter bank work (See Crowncom 2010 in Cannes France proceedings for our two papers) and Flex Radio has built a device for a commercial customer which can use the polyphase filter bank structures talked about in these papers.

Does anyone know if Professor Harris was involved in the design of any aspect of ARISSat-1?
A weird inquiry from my In Box this morning ...
