[amsat-bb] Last pass Fitter Message from AO-73 regarding transponder

I copied the following information from the controllers of AO-73 (Funcube-1) in the Fitter messages on the last past of the satellite.

"On 22 Mar 2014 at approx. 0930 UTC we are planning to switch to amateur mode (transponder with lo pwr beacon) for at least one whole orbit. The aim of the switch on 22 Mar is to check the effect on the satellite of continuous amateur mode, especially battery temp"
