The frequencies and speed/format have not been released, or little else for that matter. I'm hopeful, but not going to count my chickens before they hatch.

ANUSAT carrying an Amateur Radio payload was launched on Monday April 20 from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Satish Dhawan space centre.
The Amateur Radio payload is a 145/435 MHz Digital Store and Forward system developed by students at the university and the planned orbit was at 550 km with an inclination of 41 degrees.
