I already have that website bookmarked! :) My concern is if something changed it wouldn't be updated fast enough, not the blogger entries, the status of the repeater, etc. Seems to me that last year and before, the time leading up to FD there were more bulletins from reliable sources giving a heads up about the possible activity from the ISS. This year it seems mute.

As always, a good but not definitive source is the ISS Fan Club site:
In the upper left of the home page are reports on the various modes, including where relevant the uplink and downlink. Checking between now and FD start will give you a good idea, though last minute changes can and have happened.
