I have no official report but can confirm that I also didn't hear RS-30 in quit some time.

Yubileiny-2/RS-40 is OK but active only when in sight of Krasnoyarsk. Yesterday was on 435.265 MHz (DOKA-B, not CW, two pass recorded).
