[amsat-bb] SO-50 Down????

Couldnt bring it to life, nor did I hear anyone else on the 2130 Pass over California.. Wonder if it's just me or the bird?? Right 74.4hz start tone with 67 hz normal pl tone... was a 68 deg pass so know I should have been able to throw rocks at it...
