Sad to see the loss of those two Amateur Radio Cubesats, PreSat http://www.amsat.org.uk/iaru/formal_detail.asp?serial=120 and NanoSail-D. http://www.amsat.org.uk/iaru/finished_detail.asp?serial=115
I'm sure we'll see many more launch failures before Falcon eventually provides a reliable service it's the nature of space flight.
Even 'reliable' launchers can still have a 1 in 10 failure rate.
