
I thought it was reported to be attached to the booster rocket, which would represent a fairly significant source of drag. But, at that altitude, it should take a while to come down.

p.s. BTW, object 44909 shows as satellite "BREEZE-KM R/B" in gPredict, from Celestrak's data.

I think so. It's a satellite with a large passband, many qso at a time. I don't know about primary payload... let's hope well.
