Packet de-duplication is a feature of the APRS-IS network itself, not the aprs.fi web site. Hessu can only capture the packets that are delivered to him.

As I understand it, aprs.fi will de-duplicate the reports it receives, only the first will remain. You'll have to submit the reports before anyone else.

I have a Raspberry Pi Igate that works fine on 144.39 and uploads to APRS.fi. I switched it over to 145.825 for the ISS. The issue I have is on APRS.fi it doesn't show the packets I have received from the ISS. The other website Amateur Radio Stations heard via ISS (pa3guo.com) http://pa3guo.com/iss_stations_heard.htm I sent an email to the contact email with no response. Does anyone have an idea how I can get my Igate to show the packets?
