Hi Bill,
46P is a little below and to the right of M45, aka the Pleiades / 7 Sisters. It's supposed to be easily visible with binoculars, plus or minus the cloud cover we're currently blessed with. Might be clear tonight, fingers crossed. It'd make for an interesting DSO image in a few days, as it passes M45.

Interesting the comment (toward the bottom of the page) that it is visually crossing the Geo satellite ring about now
