[amsat-bb] ICOM 821H Split Mode operation

All,

I am using ICOM 821H with Orbitron and WispDDE for Radio control, is it possible to use wispdde to put the Radio in split mode ( Example 145.825 for ISS ) so the Doppler correction is done for both TX / RX.
